As a seasoned educator, and parent, Bolanle brings strategic leadership to our EDssentials through her profound expertise in curriculum development, leveraging data and assessment for continuous improvement, and designing robust educational systems. Her dedication to the Philadelphia community and cultivating strong family partnerships further empowers our mission, ensuring comprehensive and effective support for all.
Abiodun Aryee
Abiodun has a strong background in project management, strategic planning and compliance, ensuring EDssentials runs efficiently. As a parent and experienced project manager, she brings expertise in agile frameworks, strategic problem-solving, and equity-focused solutions, helping us build sustainable and impactful programs.
Jasmine Landry
Jasmine is an instructional leader dedicated to advancing equitable practices in education. With expertise in standards-aligned instruction, data-driven planning, and leadership development, she strengthens our mission to provide valuable resources and drive community engagement. Her ability to build trusting relationships makes her a key force in creating lasting change.
Tanesha Parker
Tanesha bridges homeschooling and traditional schooling, bringing a unique perspective as a childcare business owner and advocate for early childhood development. Her deep community connections and experience navigating educational barriers make her a powerful voice in shaping policies and programs that truly meet families’ needs.
Natalie Catin-St.Louis
Natalie brings invaluable leadership, drawing from her experience as a transformative school principal and her current role providing executive leadership support to educational leaders across Philadelphia. Natalie’s deep commitment as a parent fuels a passion for advancing literacy and elevating parent voice, ensuring our initiatives are both impactful and community-centered.
Neha Ratnapuri
Neha is a dynamic leader who effectively spearheads our programs and initiatives, drawing from her extensive experience in improving systems and programs at non-profit organizations. Currently pursuing a dual master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania, her passion for social support systems for families and cultivating strong parent-child relationships is central to our mission, ensuring our efforts are both impactful and deeply responsive to community needs.

Kyla is a creative strategist who brings our mission to life online, crafting engaging content that inspires and connects with our community. Passionate about helping families and children thrive, Kyla skillfully manages our platforms to amplify our impact and grow our reach.
Debby Faleke
Debby is a seasoned accountant, business mindset coach, and devoted parent who brings a wealth of professional expertise and personal commitment to our board. With a strong background in financial management, she contributes valuable insights that support the organization’s fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth. Her deep passion for our mission and dedication to empowering families make her an integral part of our leadership.
Caitlin Wood Sklar
Caitlin holds an Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience in founding, leading, and expanding high-quality schools and organizations. She has supported the launch of a charter school network and later directed fundraising and partnerships to advance educational opportunities at scale. Her expertise in leadership, fundraising, and development to foster strategic growth strengthens our ability to expand impact and serve families more effectively.
